The city has many popular yoga classes for all levels of practitioners. Day 1 – Delhi Arrival
Our representative will greet you at Delhi airport and escort you to a hotel. Spend the rest of your day at leisure or explore the city independently.
Day 2 – Delhi Sightseeing
After breakfast visit iconic landmarks like Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Akshardham Temple, Lotus Temple, India Gate, Qutub Minar, Humayun’s Tomb and Presidents House. Spend the evening in the buzzing bazaar of Chandni Chowk before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 3 – Delhi to Varanasi
After breakfast, board a flight to Varanasi and after reaching check into a hotel. Meet a certified yoga instructor for briefing and discussing the program. Later visit Sarnath which is a revered Buddhist pilgrimage center. It is here that Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon after attaining enlightenment. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 4 – Varanasi
Start your day with guided meditation and yoga techniques. Rejuvenate yourself and gain a deeper understanding of your spirit. After this fulfilling experience enjoy a yogic breakfast. Later visit the sacred Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Bharat Mata Temple and Bharat Kala Bhavan Museum. In the evening witness the awe-inspiring Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 5 – Varanasi
Start your day with a further understanding of yoga and meditation. Spend the rest of the day at leisure or explore the city and its ghats independently. Visit the local markets for shopping and food before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 6 – Varanasi
Follow the routine yoga practice and later spend the day at leisure. Sankat Mochan Temple, Kaal Bhairav Temple, and Nepali Hindu Temple are some temples you may visit before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 7 – Varanasi to Delhi
Make the most of your last day practicing yoga. Later check out of the hotel and board a flight to Delhi for your onward journey.
