100 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course Syllabus:

Meditation:

  1. Mantra Chanting Meditation, Candle Meditation, Breathing meditation, Trataka, Silence practise meditation.

Mantra Chanting:

  1. Om Chanting, Gayatri Mantra, MahaMrityunjaya Mantra, Guru Vandana (prayer to Guru), Bhajan/Kirtan.

Shatkarma:

  • Agni Saar, JalNeti, RuberNeti, Sutra Neti and Dand.

Hatha yoga:

  • All "Standing Poses" and "Primary, Intermediate & Advanced Asanas"
  •  Backward bending asanas, forward bending asanas, spinal twisting asanas and advanced poses.

Yoga Philoshpy:

  •  Introduction of Yoga

Yoga Pantanjali Sutra

  1. 5 basic Elements
  2. Integrating yoga in daily practice
  3. Principle of Yoga
  4. 8 limbs of Yoga

Yoga therapy

  1. Yoga for stress, Migraine , Insomnia, Hypertension,  heart problem, Blood pressure and Diabetic.
  2. Three Dosha
  3. The Nadi and kundalini.
  4. Basic knowledge of Chakra and Ayurveda
  5. Yogic diet, Difference between Satvic & Tamasic food

Human Anatomy:

  1. Important joints, Important Nerves, Important Muscles
  2. Basic structure of human body
  3. Proper functioning of organs and Body parts

Teaching Methodology:

  1. How to conduct a class
  2. Classroom management
  3. How to get in and come out from the posture
  4. How to assist & help while teaching the class
  5. Which kind of words you should be used as a yoga teacher
  6. What makes you different than other teachers in terms of teaching.
  7. Which kind of asanas you should recommend with a different health issue
  8. How to use belts, bolster, bricks and chair during the class adjustment
