Terms and Conditions – Indian Federation of Yoga

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By enrolling in any course or program offered by the Indian Federation of Yoga (IFY), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration & Eligibility
   Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. All course fees and required details must be submitted during registration.

3. Course Fees & Payment
   Course schedules and fees are published on the IFY website or brochure. Payments are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed, except as outlined in the refund policy.

4. Refund & Cancellation
   Cancellations made 15 days before course start incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 7–14 days incur 75%. No refunds within 7 days of start date.

5. Postponement & Rescheduling
   If IFY postpones a course, you may reschedule within six months at no extra charge or request a refund (if eligible under refund policy).

6. Attendance & Completion
   To obtain certification, participants must attend a minimum of 90% of live classes or workshops. Missed sessions can be made up in future batches.

7. Online Class Conduct
   Participants must maintain decorum during online sessions. Recording, screenshotting, or unauthorized sharing of course content is prohibited.

8. Content Ownership
   All course content (materials, videos, guides) is the property of IFY and protected under copyright. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Redistribution is prohibited.

9. Liability Waiver
   By participating, you acknowledge that yoga involves physical activity that may lead to bodily injury. Perform at your own risk; IFY and its affiliates are not liable for any harm or loss.

10. Health Declaration
    Participants must declare any relevant medical conditions. Consult a physician before starting strenuous practices. IFY may modify or restrict participation based on health requirements.

11. Data Privacy
    IFY collects personal data under its Privacy Policy. Information is used solely for course administration and will not be shared without consent.

12. Franchise & Business Use
    Unauthorized use of IFY brand, credentials, or logos is prohibited. Franchise agreements must be negotiated separately and are subject to additional terms.

13. Code of Conduct
    Participants and staff are expected to uphold respectful and ethical behavior. Harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will result in termination of enrollment without refund.

14. Certification
    Certifications are awarded upon successful completion of attendance, assignments, and assessments. All certificates are issued by IFY and can be verified online.

15. Modifications
    IFY reserves the right to update Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.

16. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Delhi.

By participating in IFY programs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
