Located in the peaceful Himalayan setting of Simrad (or nearby serene area), Uttarakhand, close to the sacred Kainchi Dham (Neem Karoli Baba Ashram), the program delivers an authentic, transformative experience in traditional yoga amid pristine nature, fresh mountain air, and spiritual energy—ideal for focused practice, self-inquiry, and teacher development.
This course adheres to IFY's rigorous standards, emphasizing classical Hatha Yoga integrated with pranayama, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, teaching skills, and ethical principles.
