Practical Yoga Training:
Sukshma Vyayama :-
Neck rolls, shoulder shrugs, wrist and Ankle Rotations, Spinal Twists, Side Bends, Forward Bends, Shoulder and Arm Movements.
Basic Asanas: (Standing, Sitting, Supine & Prone Positions)
(Practice, Benefits, Limitations, Do's, and Don'ts of All Asanas)
- Standing Position: Tadasana, Vriksasana, Hasta Uttanasana, Padahastasana, Trikonasana.
-Sitting Position: Sukhasana, Janushirasana, Vakrasana, Paschimottanasana, Baddhakonasaana.
- Supine Position: Savasana, Setubandhasana, Ardhahalasana, Suptamatsyendrasana, Pawanmuktasana.
- Prone Position: Makarasana, Bhujangasana, shalabhasana
Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations – Classical & Modern)
Intro to Pranayama (Breathing Techniques)
Anulom Vilom, Bhramari, Sectional Breathing, kapalabhati.
Basic Introductions of Mudras and Bandhas.
- Meditation Techniques (Guided meditation for focus and calm)
- Shatkarma (Yogic Cleansing) – Jalaneti, Kapalabhati, Trataka (Intro level)

Basic Introduction to Yoga: Meaning, Definition, Importance and History of Yoga
- What is Yoga According to: Vedas, Upanishads, Jainism and Buddhism
- Yoga Methods:- Rajayoga, Bhaktiyoga, Mantrayoga, Jnanayoga, Karmayoga, Hathayoga, Ashtanga Yoga (Eight Limbs of Yoga)
- Introduction to Texts:- Bhagavad Gita ,Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Patanjali yoga sutra
Basic Anatomy & Physiology:
- Importance of Anatomy and Physiology of Body in Yoga
