This immersive, residential program provides an in-depth exploration of traditional Hatha Yoga, combining theoretical knowledge with practical application.
Day 1-5: Introduction & Foundation
Morning Session (Asanas & Pranayama):
- 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM: Asana Practice (Hatha Yoga & Vinyasa Flow)
- 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Pranayama (Breathing Techniques)
- 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Breakfast
Afternoon Session (Theory & Anatomy):
- 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Yoga Philosophy (Introduction to Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras)
- 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Lunch
- 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM: Anatomy and Physiology (Basic human body anatomy for yoga practitioners)
Evening Session (Meditation & Teaching Practice):
- 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Meditation Techniques (Mindfulness & Guided Meditation)

Day 6-10: Deepening Practice

Day 11-15: Developing Teaching Skills

- 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM: Business of Yoga (Setting up a yoga business, ethics, and professional conduct)

- 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Teaching Practice (Leading a short class)

Day 16-20: Final Integration
Morning Session (Advanced Asanas & Pranayama):

Evening Session (Final Teaching Practice & Meditation):

Weekends: Excursions & Self-Practice
- Weekend excursions (to spiritual sites, nature walks, etc.) and extra self-practice or optional workshops.

At the Indian Federation of Yoga, we strive to provide the best yoga education and experiences. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please review our refund policy below:

Registration Fee: The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation by the Participant:
- If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the course start date, 50% of the paid amount (excluding the registration fee) will be refunded.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the course start date.

Cancellation by Indian Federation of Yoga:
- In case the organization cancels the course or event, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made (including the registration fee).

No Show: No refunds will be issued if a participant fails to attend the course or event.

Course Transfer: Participants may request to transfer their enrollment to a future course, subject to availability and approval. Additional charges may apply.
