Indian Federation of Yoga  organized an event in Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), Office Delhi, where we have given the yoga and meditation classes and taught how to release stress form our daily hectic routine jobs. Our Yoga and meditation professionals given the mindfulness meditation and guided meditation classes to Delhi police personal. We have started meditation for beginners and it was 30 minute meditation class.
